何娟,博士,三级教授,硕士生导师。1991-2002年在河南省分析测试中心工作,2003年至今在河南工业大学化学化工学院工作,其中2007.11-2008.10在英国剑桥大学作访问学者。国家农药残留标准审评委员会委员,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,河南省分析测试协会理事,河南省分析测试协会色谱专业委员会常务委员,高新技术企业评审专家,主要从事复杂体系样品前处理,着重对食品中痕量有毒有害进行选择性富集、分离、分析等方面的研究工作。
精通多种大型分析仪器的操作和应用,擅长综合利用高效液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、气相色谱-质谱联用仪、液相色谱-质谱联用仪等大型仪器对复杂样品进行分析测试,制定分析方法和建立质量标准。
在新型选择性分离介质(分子印迹聚合物)的合成、对食品样品中痕量有毒有害物质的选择性富集提取分离、现代大型分析仪器的应用方面进行了大量的研究工作。已经合成出多个系列的分子印迹聚合物,如增塑剂邻苯二甲酸酯类印迹聚合物、防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸酯类印迹聚合物、农药残留有机磷类和拟除虫菊酯类印迹聚合物、兽药残留磺胺类和氧氟沙星类印迹聚合物,并把它们应用于固相萃取和固相微萃取,对基质复杂的食品样品中的目标物进行选择性富集分离,结合大型分析仪器建立分析方法,取得了许多创新性成果,获3项国家发明专利,并且在Analytica Chimica Acta,Journal of Chromatography A,Microchimica Acta,Food Chemistry,Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry,Journal of Separation Science等国际专业刊物上发表多篇SCI收录的论文,且是多家国际专业杂志的审稿专家。
主持完成国家自然科学基金项目“限进介质-分子印迹分离介质的制备及对食品中真菌毒素特异性识别富集机制的研究(21575034)”;参与国家科技支撑计划课题“粮油收购数字化质量安全检测关键技术研究(项目编号:2013BAD17B00;课题编号:2013BAD17B03)”;参与完成了欧盟第六框架重大国际合作项目“食品质量与安全检测分析方法统一化研究(FOOD-CT-2006-36337,2007-2011)”的研究工作,主持完成了河南省科技厅重点科技攻关项目印迹-固相微萃取装置的研究及在食品安全中的应用(112102210030),主持完成了河南省教育厅自然科学研究计划“分子印迹固相微萃取在检测食品包装材料污染物中的应用(2010A150006)”;曾参与河南省重大招标项目“食品安全关键技术(0422031200-03)”,食品安全与食品中毒应急检测中67项关键技术研究及应用(郑州市科学技术进步二等奖)等,在食品安全和质量控制方面已经有着丰富的经验。
注重培养学生创新能力和独立工作能力,我们的实验室是一个勤奋上进、互帮互学、其乐融融的大家庭,每个毕业的研究生都掌握高分子合成的技能和多种大型分析仪器使用的能力,能够发表英文SCI收录的论文、中文核心期刊,最多的一个学生在硕士研究生期间发表三篇SCI收录的论文。毕业的研究生有去南开大学(与英国伯明翰大学联合培养)、厦门大学、华北电力大学、郑州大学、河南农业大学等进一步深造攻读博士研究生的,也有去高校、研究所、测试中心、仪器公司、医药公司等单位工作的,都深受单位领导和同事的欢迎,成为技术骨干。欢迎喜欢大家加入到我们的团队!
