胡乐乾,男,1970.4,教授,博士/博士研究生。主要从事化学计量学理论及联用分析仪器与多维数据分析方法结合用于食品、环境、生物等复杂体系中目标分析物的定量分析研究;光谱技术与多元校正技术结合的对食品药品等复杂体系中感兴趣成分的快速分析方法构建研究;模式识别方法理论及其与光谱技术结合用于对食品及中药的品质评价、产地识别及掺伪辨别研究等。
指导硕士研究生获得河南省优秀硕士学位论文一篇。先后获首届河南工业大学“校长教学质量奖”,省教育系统教学技能竞赛一等奖,获“河南省教学标兵”及“河南省技术标兵”称号。近年来以第一作者或通讯联系人在Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, Journal of the science of food andagriculture及Food Analytical Methods等SCI源刊杂志发表论文十余篇。论文“Alternating asymmetric trilinear decomposition for three-way data arrays analysis”曾被wiley所属spectroscopynow.com网站以“Quicker chromatographic convergence”为主题给予肯定评价。
学术兼职:2020起任“Journal of Food Composition and Analysis”(中科院二区,影响因子2.994)期刊编委(Editorial Board member)。
