向国强，男，博士，教授。河南省高校科技创新人才，河南省高等学校青年骨干教师。在Food chemistry、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Microchemical Journal和Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy等期刊上发表40余篇研究论文，参编出版教材2部。
