许志红，男，河南鄢陵人，1980年9月10日生，教授，博士，硕士生导师。英国巴斯大学访问学者。2008年毕业于兰州大学化学化工学院，获理学博士学位。现任许昌学院化工与材料学院党委书记。
中国化学会高级会员，河南省化学学会第十一届理事会理事，河南省教育厅学术技术带头人，河南省高校科技创新人才，河南省高校青年骨干教师，河南省化学药物清洁生产工程研究中心主任，享受许昌市政府特殊津贴专家，山东省科技专家库专家，许昌市化学生物传感与检测重点实验室主任，河南省环境应急专家库专家，许昌市环境应急专家库专家，首届许昌市优秀专家提名人选等。曾获河南省教学技能竞赛一等奖，并获河南省教学标兵称号等荣誉。
主要致力于生物活性小分子荧光探针设计及性能研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金等科研项目十余项；在研主持河南省自然科学基金面上项目1项，河南省科技攻关项目1项。获河南省高校科技成果奖一等奖1项，二等奖1项，河南省高校优秀科技论文一等奖4项，二等奖4项；河南省自然科学优秀论文二等奖3项，三等奖1项；指导学生获河南省挑战杯二等奖1项，三等奖2项。在Chem. Eng. J., J. Hazard. Mater., Sens. Actuators B: Chem.等刊物上发表SCI论文70余篇。
